All inspections are personally carried out by Greg Katsanevas, an experienced ex-carpenter with years in the building industry. He is fully licensed and insured.

Inspections usually take 1–3 hours, depending on the property size and complexity.

When will I receive my report and how detailed is it?

You’ll receive your inspection report promptly, usually within 24–48 hours after the inspection. Each report is thorough and easy to read, including detailed notes, photographs, and expert recommendations to help you make informed decisions about your property.

What pests do you treat?

We handle termites, rodents, ants, cockroaches, spiders, and other common pests, with safe and effective treatments.
