Terms and Conditions

1. Payment
Payment is due on the day of your inspection or treatment.
Overdue invoices may incur an administration fee of $10 per week.
2. Site Access
Please advise us at least 48 hours before your appointment if your property will have building works, high-pressure cleaning, or other services that may prevent our inspection or treatment.
3. Cancellations & Fees
Our office hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a $40 (incl. GST) fee.
If you cancel when the technician arrives on site, an $80 (incl. GST) fee applies.
No fee applies if we can book another job in your place.
4. Quotes & Price Adjustments
Phone quotes are a guide only.
If the property is larger or more complex than described, the technician may adjust the price on site.
5. Underground Services
We take care to avoid damage to underground services (electricity, water, data etc.) but cannot guarantee it.
If you know the location of any services, please inform the technician.
Repairs remain the property owner’s responsibility.
6. Pest Control Warranty
Our general pest treatments carry a 6-month warranty provided:
Full access to key areas was given.
Hygiene and storage recommendations have been followed.
Payment was made in full on completion.
Floors were not mopped or cleaned for 72 hours after treatment.
This warranty does not cover German cockroach infestations or spiders.
7. Termite & Timber Pest Inspections
Our inspections are visual and limited to readily accessible areas.
We cannot report on concealed or inaccessible areas, latent defects, or issues hidden by furniture, wall linings, or finishes.
Reports are prepared for the client named on the booking and are not transferable.
8. Limitations
We do not guarantee the absence of termites, drywood termites, or European house borers.
The report is not a structural damage report or a warranty of future timber pest activity.
We do not provide environmental or biological risk assessments (e.g., mould).
9. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, industrial action, unavoidable accidents).
Our total liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the inspection fee.
